Sophomore Retreat: Class of 2015
Father & Son Retreat: Round 7 will take place Friday-Saturday, April 19-20. Please contact Mr. Olson if you need to sign up for this round.
Sophomore Ignatian Retreat: Tuesday-Wednesday, April 23-24. This will not be a father-son style retreat. This retreat will begin at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, April 23rd in the PMC on the SJ campus. The students serve the needy in Houston and then will be driven by van to spend one night at the RLC. The group will share their experiences of finding brotherhood and support through Ignatian spirituality. We plan to return to campus by 5 p.m the next day.

The Father & Son Retreat is an opportunity for both father and son to grow in their relationship with each other and with God. The retreat consists of reflective talks, time for prayer and personal reflection, and one-on-one discussion about the pursuit of Christian manhood.
As stated in the letter that was sent home, each retreat consists of a two day/one night stay and begins at 5:30 pm on the first day and runs until 2 p.m. the next day. As a reminder, all fathers and sons must have their own transportation arrangements to get from either home or Strake Jesuit to the retreat center on day one of the retreat and from the retreat center back home after the retreat is over.
What you should bring:
Sleeping bag / twin sheets & Pillow
Change of clothes for second day
Toiletries & Towel
Comfortable shoes
Journal & pen
Small snack to share with the group (bag of chips or crackers, etc.)
