Applicants for this full-time, year-round administrative support position should possess strong organizational and technical skills. Applicants should be flexible and adaptable. Applicants must have a strong proficiency with computers, databases and technology. The successful candidate will also have the ability to communicate, relate, and work well with parents, students, faculty and staff. Duties include: maintaining school records within school information system including transcripts, academic records, and student files; assisting with academic scheduling of students and faculty, semester exams, and integration of school databases; maintaining honor roll, ineligibility lists, grade distribution, and other academic reports at appropriate intervals; assisting with compilation, recording, and retention of student and faculty records; generating reports and institutional statistics; overseeing course selection and updating student course requests; coordinating student placement into AC/AP courses; evaluating student records with counselors for compliance with graduation requirements; overseeing placement testing; maintaining order and confidentiality of files; working with the AP for Academics on other duties as assigned.
