Golf Camp: 6th–9th Graders

Description: Many different styles of the golf stroke are required to participate in and enjoy the sport of golf.  This camp is designed for the beginning player. Campers can expect to gain an appreciation for the inherent challenges of the game and acquire the basic skills to embark on a lifetime of enjoyment. Daily instruction will cover the basic strokes of putting, chipping, pitch shots, bunker play and full shots with irons, hybrids, and woods. Instruction is aimed at beginners and will incorporate games and competitions to enhance the learning experience. 

When: Monday June 24 – Thursday June 27, 9:00am to 12:00pm

Who:  Rising 6th–9th Graders

 

Camp Includes:  Camp T-Shirt

Cost: $150 (Maximum capacity – 24 campers)

 

What to bring: Clubs, sneakers, cap, water bottle

  

Camp Trainer: We have a full-time, certified athletic trainer who will be on site throughout the entirety of camp. If you have any medical concerns regarding your child, please convey this to the coach and trainer at check-in.

 

Check-in:  Check-in will take place at the Lilly Fieldhouse (parking lot off Gessner) on Monday at 8:45 am.

 

Pick- up: Pick up will take place at the Lilly Fieldhouse at 12:00 pm.
