Mr. Michael Jamieson

Michael Jamieson is Global Head of Natural Resources and Clean Energy Transition and serves on the senior leadership committees for Banking, Capital Markets, and Advisory for Citi. Mr. Jamieson has provided financing, strategic, merger and acquisition advice to the energy industry for approximately 30 years. Mr. Jamieson has advised, structured and arranged complex financing solutions for many of the leading energy companies representing over $500 billion in value. In addition to capital formation through equity issuance, leveraged loans and public debt offerings, he has structured and led over 50 IPO’s.
 
Prior to attending business school, Mr. Jamieson was employed by Mobil Oil. Mr. Jamieson received a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Texas Christian University and holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame Graduate School of Business. Mr. Jamieson currently serves on Strake Jesuit College Preparatory Board of Trustees, TCU Neeley School of Business Board of Advisors, and University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business Advisory Council. In addition to serving on the boards of several private companies, he is on the boards for the Greater Houston Partnership and Memorial Hermann Foundation.


Michael and his wife, Jane, have four children – Megan, Michael ’19, Nathan ’21 and Maxwell ’23.
