Mrs. Leah Schlater-Brown

Leah Schlater-Brown currently serves as CFO of McCoy Rockford, a single source provider of products and services for commercial interior spaces in a variety of sectors throughout Texas. Leah is responsible for implementing, managing, and running the organization's finance activities.

Prior to joining the team, Leah was Acting CFO for cybersecurity investment firm Cyber Badger and spent nearly 15 years as Vice President of Finance at Discover Network. Leah holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Loyola University, New Orleans, and an Executive MBA from the University of Houston. She began her career with Big 4 accounting firms KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Leah enjoys traveling with her family, indoor cycling, and long walks with her family dog. She engages in charitable activities for the Houston Food Bank, serves on the Board of Trustees for Loyola University of New Orleans, a member of the Finance and Audit Committees and chairs the Student Affairs Committee.

Leah and her husband, Gregory, have one son - Wesley ' 23.
