Crusaders Volunteer at Back to School Bash

On Saturday, August 14, our students volunteered at the annual Back to School Bash hosted by the Houston Police Department (HPD) Midwest Patrol Station. Trey Duffield '22, Iker Mendiburu Perez '22, Harrison Acquaro '23, Charlie Elacqua '23, Cian Grimes '23, Clay Richardson '23, and John Toney '23 helped distribute hundreds of backpacks and school supplies to the community. They also enjoyed meeting other volunteers from Chevron, the Taiwan Chamber of Commerce, and the Sharpstown Civic Association, as well as members of HPD and city board and council members. Our students were there from 9am-1pm, and they all left smiling.
