Freshman XC Finishes 4th at Friday Night Lights

The freshman XC team continued to improve and showed their depth Friday Night in The Woodlands, finishing 4th and just behind some of the best freshman teams in Texas. While a couple other teams had a few star runners who pushed us down the standings a bit, no team other than The Woodlands was nearly as deep as we were. This is a great, motivated group that we are very excited about. Leading the way for the freshmen was Alex Montoya in 3rd, followed by Andrew Bowring in 17th, Noah Beckmann in 18th, Tanaka Mukome in 24th and Enrique Ortiz in 32nd.
