Important Dates

 

Saturday, November 11, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. – Independent School Entrance Examination (ISEE)
The ISEE is a three hour exam given to students entering high school. Pre-registration is required - click here to register for the ISEE. Students must be registered by October 21, 2017 to avoid paying the late registration fee. Registration closes completely on October 28. For more detailed information about the ISEE, click here. All 9th and 10th grade applicants are required to take either the ISEE or the HSPT (administered January 20, 2018) to fulfill their entrance exam requirement.

Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. – Open House
Please join us for our annual Open House! The evening will start with a brief presentation followed by guided tours starting in the Parsley Center. To watch a previous year's Open House video, click here.

Monday, January 15, 2018 – Financial Aid Application Postmark Deadline
You may apply for financial aid either by regular mail or online. For detailed information, click here

Monday, January 15, 2018 – Incoming Freshman Admissions Application Deadline
The following must be submitted by the application deadline:

1) Application Form with attached photo and $50 application fee.
2) Recommendation Forms from Math, English and Principal/Counselor mailed directly to the Admissions Office from the teacher, counselor or principal making the recommendation.
3) The Records Release Form should be sent to the applicant's current school. Academic Transcripts, including 8th grade fall semester, and Standardized Test Scores will be sent to Strake Jesuit by the applicant’s current school.  You may send a copy of the fall semester 8th grade report card yourself.

Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. – High School Placement Test (HSPT) Entrance Exam
The HSPT is a 2 hour and 30 minute exam given to students entering high school. No pre-registration is available. There is a $50 testing fee payable on the day of the exam. For more detailed information about the HSPT, click here.

Friday, March 9, 2018 – Admission and Financial Aid Decision Mailed Out
Almost all of the available places in the incoming freshman class are filled by the end of February. The Admissions Board will notify all applicants of their application status by mail and email, which will be sent out on March 9.

Monday, March 26, 2018 – Transfer Student Admissions Application and Financial Aid Deadlines

Wednesday, April 11, 2018 – Incoming Freshman Registration Deadline

Late April 2018 – Transfer Student Admission and Financial Aid Decisions Mailed Out

Monday, May 7, 2018 – Transfer Student Registration Deadline
