Mr. Quinn Joseph Hebert
Quinn is an experienced oil and gas executive with over 25 years of experience. Quinn graduated from LSU, summa cum laude, with a double major in Political Science and History in 1985. Quinn then graduated from Boston College Law School in 1988 where he was also the Executive Editor of the International and Comparative Law Review. He began his career at the Jones Walker law firm in New Orleans, Louisiana focusing on mergers and acquisitions and then moved into the oil and gas industry as General Counsel with a publicly traded oilfield service firm in 1993. In 2005, Quinn was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Cal Dive International, Inc., a large publicly traded offshore construction firm, which was subsequently sold in 2016 through a court supervised process. Quinn is a widower and has three sons who are alumni of Strake Jesuit – Quinn, Jr. ’11, Harland ’13 and Andrew ’16. Quinn is an active parishioner of St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church. He is active in the community and a member of the following organizations: Knight, Sovereign Order of Malta; Knight Commander, The Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem; Board of Directors and V.P. Programs, Serra Club of Houston; and Member, Legatus Chapter, Houston Region.
