Varsity XC Takes 2nd at Dallas Jesuit XC Classic

All 7 runners for the Crusaders ran what was probably their best race of the year, leading us to a 2nd place team finish. Reese Vannerson led the race from the start and won the individual title with a time of 14:57, 15 seconds ahead of the 2nd place runner from Coppell. Luke deMahy and Jackson Jamison finished 10th & 11th. Nathan Noe and Evan Fry finished 36th & 37th. A very good Coppell team won the meet and Jesuit finished 2nd as a team. It was a great race against some very good Dallas-area teams. Getting ready now for District, Region & State. District meet will be October 11 at Freedom Field in Alvin.
