Jesuit Netters Battle Tompkins

The Crusaders freshmen, JV and Varsity teams traveled to play Tompkins high school and combined to play some quality tennis against the regions #8 ranked team.  In Doubles matches, Jesuit won lines 2, 3, 4, and 5.   Line #2 duo of Diego Sarmiento and Dominic King recorded a 6-2, 6-2 straight set win, along with line #3 players Enrique Velasco and Caleb Bryan. Line #4 players Aiden Merchant and Gael Patia, along with Line #5 players Jackson Borissov and Tomas Rojas-Sosto recorded wins. In Singles action, Jesuit won Lines 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6.  Sophomore Brandon Brown posted a 8-4 win, along with Dominic King, Gael Tapia, Aiden Merchant and Tomas Rojas-Sosto. Jesuit's next ten lines played some competitive matches, before losing to their opponents.
