Freshman XC Wins Kingwood Invitational

The freshman XC team continued their impressive season with a 25 point team victory at Kingwood. They were led by Alex Montoya in 2nd, Andrew Bowring in 4th and Enrique Ortiz in 5th. Tanaka Mukome and Grant Berry also placed in the top 15. We had a total of 10 runners under 12 minutes for 2 miles, including 2 under 11 minutes and 1 more just over, and another 3 under 13 minutes. This is one of the deepest freshman classes we have ever had and they have a very bright future!
