Jesuit Hockey defeats Tomball

Strake Jesuit Hockey broke the ice on the 2023-2024 season with a win against ISHL North division opponent, Tomball Hockey Club. Jesuit opened the scoring in the second period with a tap in and eventual game winner from #33 Darshan Patel ’25. Assisting on the goal were #10 Troy Brannen ’26 and #7 Thomas Pawulski ’25. The Crusaders added 2 more goals in the 3^rd period for insurance from #16 Logan Graham ’24 and #26 Luke Depue ’27 (1^st high school goal). Registering an assist each on both goals were the tag-team of #10 Troy Brannen (3 assists on the night) and Jonathan Mathews ’26 (2 assists).

 

The Crusaders are back in action next Sunday night at Sugar Land Ice & Sports Center, facing off against the Woodlands Hockey Club. The puck drops at 6:45 PM.
