Committed to Excellence, both Academically and Personally
There is no doubt that for students to achieve excellence in the classroom, an excellent teaching staff must be present to guide them.
Not only does Strake Jesuit make a significant effort to attract and retain superior faculty in their respective content areas, it is the prerogative of the school to make sure that each faculty member is committed to the formation of the whole of each person that they are entrusted to care for and educate.
Each faculty & staff member at Strake Jesuit knows they are an essential part of a cohesive team that has one goal of forming leaders and Men for Others. It is our expectation that those Men for Others will use their gifts to go out into the world to make it a more just and merciful place.
If we give glory to God in everything we do, we count that as success.
