All juniors are required to attend the Herff Jones Junior Class Ring meeting in the Parsley Center at the beginning of Community Time. Juniors will listen to a presentation regarding ordering their class ring and information packets will be distributed to share with their parents.

All Seniors are required to attend the Herff Jones Senior Graduation Cap & Gown Measurement and Announcements Orders meeting in the Parsley Center during the second half of Community Time.

Seniors will listen to a presentation regarding ordering graduation announcements and provide their measurements for their cap and gown.  Information packets for ordering announcements will also be distributed for students to share with their parents.

Herff Jones representatives will be set up in the Loyola student commons area during Community Time to help with ring sizing, orders and questions regarding both senior rings and graduation announcements.

On October 21st, students in grades 9–11 report to school for the PSAT 8/9 or PSAT-NMSQT. Seniors attend Career Day. Both events begin at 8am, and conclude before 2pm.
