Strake Jesuit Esports

The Strake Jesuit Esports program gives students the opportunity to compete at a high level while developing leadership, teamwork, communication, and strategic thinking. More than just playing video games, our program challenges students to represent the school with integrity, sportsmanship, and excellence.

Students compete in organized leagues and tournaments throughout Texas and across the nation in games such as VALORANT, Rocket League, Super Smash Bros., Fortnite, Marvel Rivals, and League of Legends. Whether competing on stage or online, our players learn to prepare, adapt, and perform under pressure while supporting one another as teammates.

Beyond competition, students gain hands-on experience in broadcasting, event management, tournament operations, content creation, and leadership. Team captains mentor younger players, students help organize school esports events, and members have opportunities to stream matches, produce media, and contribute to the program's growing esports community.

The program welcomes students of all experience levels who are committed to improving their skills, supporting their teammates, and living out the Jesuit ideal of becoming Men for Others.
