National Merit Semifinalists 2026

For the 2026-2027 school year, 21 Strake Jesuit students were named National Merit Semifinalists by the College Board National Recognition Programs. These programs grant students academic honors that they can include on college and scholarship applications and connect them with universities across the country, helping them build meaningful connections and stand out in the admissions process. 

The 21 National Merit Semifinalists are: Andrew Bemis ’27, Lucas Borgarello ’27, Kevin Boyle ’27, Walker Colson ’27, Stephen Damiani ’27, Graham Erickson ’27, Samuel Estrada ’27, Patrick Forrester ’27, Jacob Higgs ’27, Timothy Kirichenko ’27, Elliott Kyle ’27, Frank Li ’27, Meddy Ma ’27, Shaan Magon ’27, Ajay Mathew ’27, Anthony Mitchell ’27, Alexander Nguyen ’27, Joshua Nguyen ’27, Hudson Philbin ’27, Elijah Todd ’27, and William Yates ’27.
