SJ defeats Memorial

The Varsity Hockey team defeated Memorial 2-1 on Wednesday night, staying atop the standings in the ISHL. Misha Saratovtsev '24 made 33 saves in a winning effort, keeping the Crusaders in the game early on and ensuring the victory with key saves late in the game. James Rheaume '24 got the Crusaders on the board early in the second period and also scored what turned out to be the game-winning goal on a breakaway late in the second.

Next up for the Crusaders is a game against Seven Lakes at 6:40 PM on Sunday at the Sugar Land Ice and Sports Center.
