Medications (You must do the following if needed):
If your son must take medications including over-the-counter during retreat, you must complete the Medication Permission Form on Magnus if you have not done so already. A Medication Permission Form requires a physician’s signature for both prescription and over-the-counter medications.
You will find the form on Magnus, or you may contact our school nurse, Mrs. Carol Directo (
cdirecto@strakejesuit.org), so she can email you the form. Please have your son bring the medication, including over-the-counter medications, to the clinic at least 2 days before the retreat.
The medication must be in its original container and properly labeled. There are no over-the-counter medications at the Retreat Center. If you think that your son will need over-the-counter medications for headaches or allergies, for example, please complete the Medication Permission Form and bring the medication in its original container to Mrs. Directo before the retreat.
